In 1996, I discovered the natural healing power of the Usui System of Reiki Healing. I went on to complete my Level 2 training in 1999, and joined Key Stone Reiki as a Principal that same year. Along with Nancy Murray, Philip Buttenfield and Lella Lombardi, I have been active in promoting Reiki in greater Pittsburgh and have assisted in the training of more than 60 caregivers through the Cancer Caring Center of Pittsburgh.

I have always been drawn to healing modalities which offer people the opportunity take an active role in their health and healing. Homeopathy and flower essences have always been safe and natural alternatives to conventional pharmaceuticals, easily learned and used by anyone.
