It's not nice to fool with Mother Nature? Remember that ad? Someone certainly did because we keep getting teased with the balmy days we had last week only to wake to snow flurries once again.    I feel I am in limbo right now. I don't know what to expect from the weather - winter or spring. This year more than ever I think people are ready to have winter be done. Hear that – Mother Nature – please!

I received an interesting email today from a friend, another independent retailer in Richmond. She knows how passionate I am about shopping at local independent business and telling all of you about it. So I was really intrigued by the 3/50 project. I had not heard of it yet – imagine that! But here is the premise.
