Psychotherapy Services for Children, Adults, Couples and Families

Does the thought of starting a new day seem overwhelming? Do you dread being around or interacting with others due to anxiety? Are you unhappy and feel stuck in your relationships? Have you had a traumatic event in your life? Are you having difficulty reaching your child or teen? Is your teen or child going through a tough time? We care and would like to help you. We are successful in helping individuals, couples and families heal and lead happier lives. We believe in the importance of connecting with you as a person, the significance of identifying and releasing unexpressed feelings, and a change in unhealthy life themes.

Too often, psychotherapy focuses on reducing symptoms such as depression or anxiety rather than identifying and resolving experiences causing these signs of personal distress. Psychotherapy involves learning skills which promote emotional health such as awareness of your feelings and needs, communicating effectively, having fulfilling relationships, and making healthy life choices. We have been practicing in the counseling field for many years.

We work extensively with people suffering from anxiety, depression and relationship issues. We work effectively and compassionately with individuals and couples experiencing conflicts in their relationship.
