 RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
While we accept walk-in appointments for our readers and intuitive counselors, we recommend that you make appointments in advance as there is often a waiting list for sessions.
Payment is necessary when appointments are made for a reading or space is reserved for a workshop. We understand that unforseen things can happen that may prevent you from attending a workshop or reading you have signed up for. However, scheduling with our readers or for an event is like any other professional appointment. You are expected to show up for your appointment.
We offer a full refund if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment or first class. If you must cancel after 24 hours you are responsible for the entire fee.
Cancellation policy may differ for out of town presenters and readers. |
